
We keep all the fine print very simple so that there is
no confusion about how our program works, what is expected
from you and what we offer as an online company.
1).
When you set up your account we will send you a lender agreement
which you must review, sign and fax back to us in order
for your account to be placed in an active status. This
form as you will see basically states that by signing the
form you understand that you are not to distribute, sell,
or perform other unethical practices with the customers
information.
2).
We expect you to call the customer as soon as possible.
Believe us when we say that these customers will contact
us to tell us that no one has called them and by doing so
will help you close more deals.
3).
There are no long term contracts.
4).
We will replace a bad lead. A lead is considered bad if;
the customer cannot be contacted due to bad phone number
and email address or if for some reason our system allowed
an incomplete application to be submitted.
